The next morning when Georgia got up her mother and father waited until she sat down at the table to talk to her. “Georgia.” Her father said. “Can you please tell us what are you feeling about…” He couldn’t say their names. “Rhys and Alex’s funerals,” her mother said. “Well,” Georgia started, “I am very depressed about it because they were my best friends and I am sad because you wouldn’t talk to me about it and I am angry because you won’t let me tell any of my friends but I am happy now that you are talking to me about it.” She realised that she was saying this really fast. But she carried on. “And I really am glad that at least they are in heaven together and that you, dad or me or anyone else got killed and that we are all alive and well.” She finished. Her mother replied “Well at least we got that out of your system. Now what would you like us to talk about it first with you?” “We-ell,” Georgia started “ I would like to know why you wouldn’t let me talk about it in the house, or anywhere as a matter of fact?” “Well Georgia.” Her mum and dad said at the same time. Then everyone started laughing.
After about two hours of talking her parents said that she could tell all her friends now. When they said that Georgia started crying. She ran to her room while her parents followed. “What’s wrong Georgia,” her mum asked. “Read this.” She said and tossed her parents her diary. It was open on a page her parents read it together this is what it said:
Dear diary
Today all of my friends saw me and were asking me what was wrong but because mum and dad said I couldn’t tell anyone I couldn’t tell them. They all started to get angry then. After a while they all stopped talking to me except for my bestest friend Megan. She didn’t ever ask. At lunchtime I went outside to go and see my other friend Caleb he kept on asking me what was wrong but I never answered so just like everyone else he stopped talking to me. I was so sad I wish I could have told them everything but mum and dad said I couldn’t. At the end of the day even Megan had had enough and she yelled at me and I just couldn’t take. I yelled back and all of our other friends stuck up for her and told me that they didn’t want top be friend. I am so sad now because I have no one at school to play with. I blame my mum and dad for everything.
Lots of Love
Georgia
When her parents read this they all went up to Georgia and asked her why she didn’t tell them and she said it was because they never listened to her anymore.
As soon as I can I will put in chapter 4.
