My first netball game

My first netball game in 6 weeks (because of my broken arm) was on Saturday, we played a Te Awamutu Collage team. It was a really hard game but in the first half we were ahead by lots of points. After the first half of playing GA I went into GS. In the third quarter we started to lose points and then TA Collage went ahead by 2 points. After a very long quarter I got put back into GA for the last quarter. We did played really well and ended up winning by 1 point. One of my team mates and I got player of the day because we played really well. Another girl on my team thinks that we make a really good shooting team. We have so many good players on our team this is because we are all friends and nobody dislikes each other which I think is really good.

    Hi Nicky!
    How are you?
Congratulations on being player of the day. What exactly is netball (being from the US I had never heard of it until I went on Megan’s blog!)? It sounds a lot like basketball, which I play. Netball sounds really fun, and you seem to have a great team!

    Hi Nicky!
Thanks for the comment! I looked up videos of netball online and it looks really fun. I still have no idea why it is such an unheard of sport in the US? I think it would be cool to have netball teams in the US: I would definitely play for one!
    A bientot,

    Hi Nicky!
Yes, the voki is a recording of my voice. I decided my voki would come out better with my voice rather than a phony computer generated voice.
